June 2019

I am thrilled to have been juried into two national ehibits this month. In Benicia, my painting "Patience," was accepted in the Arts Benicia exhibit, "Enchanted Realm" which focuses on the importance that birds play in our world, cultural and society.

I was also accepted into the Main Society of Artists' annual juried exhibit.  This year, the theme is "Expressions," and I am delighted that my painting "Daylily in Red" was included.

April 2019

I was accepted into the Healdsburg Center for the Arts' exhibit entitled "Reflectivity:  Artists on Climate Change," a prominent feature of the community's celebration of Earth Day.  My painting," Wildfilre," was juried into this national call for entry.

November 2018

My painting, "Lemon Women," was accepted into Arts Benicia's exhibit, "In the Fields: Botanicial Lore."

In November 2018, I moved into shared studio space in Benicia's Historic Arsenal.  I am now located at 991 Tyler Street, #216, sharing with fellow artists and friends Connie Millholland, Chris Meade, Terry Hughes, and Janet Brock Hughes.

I joined HQ Gallery, 333 First Street Benicia, beginning in January as an exhibiting artist.   I am very honored to have been juried into this exciting gallery and given an opportunity to exhibit with outstanding artists from the region.  Please stop by and visit with me.

HQ Gallery is delighted to be part of Benicia's dynamic art scene on First Street.  We now have 11 galleries along Benicia's downtown thoroughfare, stretching from Military Street to the waterfront.  plan on spending a great day by the bay and visit the galleries during Open Studios or the 2019 Art Walks, held the second Saturday in June, July,September and October.
